Shipping & Payment

Due to new freight arrangements, we are able to offer standard Australia Post delivery to all areas of Australia for no more than $7.50 (including handling charge) - no matter what it weighs! 

For all areas, delivery is available by Australia Post (usually 2-3 days) or Australia Post Express (next business day to Capitals, except for Darwin.) Use of the Express service incurs the normal "by weight" charges, irrespective of location.

For Melbourne Metro area we also have an option of low cost courier service, however they cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.

For New Zealand orders, delivery is via standard airmail. NZ GST may be payable upon receipt, however we will have removed Australian GST from the price charged (deduct approx 10%). We also carry selected stock in New Zealand, and may be able to service you more effectively via our Wellington office. Send us an e-mail for confirmed shipping costs

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. While our payment process is secure, if you wish you can select  options that enable you to provide your credit card details by phone or fax, or to send us a cheque. This is especially suitable if you do not wish to use your credit card over the internet. More details can be found on our Help! page.

If you select "I will send a cheque", we will put the goods aside and await payment via cheque or money order. The goods will be despatched once the cheque has cleared - usually in 3 business days. Please quote the order number with the payment to avoid delays. Payment can be sent to the address at our About Us page. If your payment is not received with 10 days, the goods set aside for you will be put back into general stock.

Overseas Orders

cowtrees.com processes credit card payments in Australian dollars (A$). If your credit card operates in a currency other than Australian dollars, your credit card service provider will undertake a currency conversion from Australian dollars at a rate governed by your agreement with that provider. Your credit card service provider may also charge you additional fees. 

You should understand these fees and charges before entering into a purchase agreement with cowtrees.com. cowtrees.com will make best efforts to enable you to understand the approximate cost of the goods or services ordered in your local currency, but cannot be held responsible if your credit card service provider uses an exchange that differs from the one used by cowtrees.com to provide this estimate. If the goods are to be shipped out of Australia, then GST will be deducted from the price of the goods. This will make all goods approximately 9% cheaper. However GST will be charged on the shipping cost.

If the goods are for delivery within Australia, then the normal GST charges will apply.

If purchasing from overseas for delivery within Australia, you may wish to make use of our Gift Wrapping service.
